I thought, great they will finally fit! After 3 weeks passed I finally received the new aligners but so much time had passed I had already progressed to two more sets so the new ones were useless.

I did however receive a survey and I said I would highly not recommend their product. They followed up and asked why and I stated the facts above. They said someone would be in touch to fix the retainers and I am still waiting 3 months and counting but not holding my breath.
